I did my first real session with a person I am coaching. It was thrilling for me to hear that she had followed-up on something that I included in her Vision Statement and it had already created a different energy with her employees. She was delighted and had a big smile on her face. Things are looking up for her. It's amazing what a differnce little things can make, things that we're so close to we often miss them. That's a good reason for considering coaching. Objective input can make a world of difference.
