
I keep telling myself that - "no pain, no gain," but I'm not sure I believe it. If we're talking about physical pain, that's one thing. If we're talking about pain associated with our everyday lives that's something else. Because I have a lot of physical pain these days, that's what I am think about most when I think 'pain." As I write this I'm also reminded of the Law of Attraction, or as John Assaraf puts it, The Law of Resonance. Incidentally, John Assaraf has a really good website www.johnassaraf.com. Amazing how the mind works isn't it - I end up asking myself how and why did I attact this to myself. Maybe I should check that out with my coach!
